Paul Succo - Lead Pastor
Paul is the founding pastor of Mercy Hill Church. Prior to moving to Wilsonville, Oregon, he and his family lived just 5 minutes from the beach in Newport Beach, California, and were privileged to be a part of one of the most innovative churches in America, Mariners Church. Paul is married to his sweetheart, Kelli, and they have three beautiful daughters. One of the highlights for Paul and his family was serving as foreign missionaries in Mexico for 10 years. Paul graduated from a small Bible college in East Texas and earned his Masters of Theology in 1995. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his family, catching a movie at the theater, traveling, listening to great music, and drinking a good cup of coffee.
Betsy West - Financial Administrator
Steve West- Video Productions
For the last 18 years, Betsy has been on staff working with church finances, teaching Sunday School, and working with the deaf department. Steve has worked with video productions for the last 15 years. He has produced Easter, Christmas, wedding, and special promotional videos for church.
The West family invited Kelli Brown (future Kelli Succo) into their home when she was a teenager. She has been part of their family for the last 18 years. They are very excited to help start Mercy Hill, a new church that will reach many people for Christ.
